- To conduct infrared thermographic scan to identify the location(s) of temperature abnormality within the specified area, i.e. External wall area of Building or roof surface which is achievable, in order to provide the Client with information to evaluate the overall condition of the external envelope or other physical surface of the Building.
- To prepare the infrared thermographic scan report of the subject building and endorsed by a Qualified Person of Infrared Thermography.
