Consultancy Service for Application for Food Business Licence

Scope of Work

  • To prepare proposed Design layout and specification of General Restaurant, including existing and new installations and schedules of material, which meet the requirement for food business licence.
  • Ensure all proposed design, materials and operation to meet the requirements form Director of Food and Environmental Hygiene (DFEH) under the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance (Cap. 132) and other relevant legislation. Proceed Tendering for contractor and supervision of site works.
