About Us
Opulence is based in Hong Kong and covered the Greater Big Bay of Mainland China. We have a well-established corporate structure and management processes to ensure that each project is completed and achieved its project goal with high quality and efficiency.
Opulence Group provides efficient and high-quality services including Whole process engineering consulting, building surveying consultancy, property & Facility management, design and construction, and innovation & technology services.
The senior management and core members of “Opulence Group" are professionals with extensive experience in project planning, design and construction activities, and property management.
When participating in any project, Opulence always put the long-term interest and overall development of our society first; and work closely with the government and all stakeholders. Opulence Management Limited is listed on Architectural Services Department (Arch. S.D.) list of Building Surveying Consultant of the Architectural and Associated Consultants Selection Board (AACSB) and listed on The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) list of HKIS surveying company of the Building Surveying Division.

Andrew KwokChairman
Mr. Andrew Kwok is the Chairman of Opulence Group and Kudos Construction Limited. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Property Management (HKCPM) and the Hong Kong Institute of Utility Professionals (HKIUS). Mr. Kwok has over 30 years of experience in planning and building construction for various land and building developments and has handled projects with an annual turnover of over $1 billion over the past decade.
Mr. Kwok is currently the Chairman of the Hong Kong Small and Medium Enterprises Association (HKSME), which has members from a wide range of different industries. As the Chairman, Mr. Kwok is committed to uniting the industry, exploring business opportunities and striving for a favorable business environment to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Mr. Kwok also plays an active role as a bridge to meet with government departments and reflect their views to the government authorities to optimize the investment and business environment.
Mr. Kwok is also the Permanent Honorary President of the Hong Kong Registered Contractors Association (HKRCA). Membership covers all professional sectors of the construction industry. Mr. Kwok is committed to promoting the professional development of the construction industry. He plays a role in to promote the sustainable development of the construction industry in term of actively introduces new ideas and experience sharing in the areas of safety, environmental protection, infrastructure, community, caring for the society and nurturing of talents.
In addition, Mr. Kwok has been committed to supporting the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Plan (粵港澳大灣區發展計畫) since 2017 and has actively participated in and completed a number of regional development planning. He has also helped to conclude the “Hong Kong-Guangdong Greater Bay Area Construction Industry Cooperation Agreement” with the Guangdong Construction Industry Association 「粵港大灣區建築業合作協定書」to promote the all-round development of the two places.

Mr. Kenneth Lau graduated from the University of Salford in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Building Surveying.
As a qualified building professional registered in Hong Kong, Mr. Lau has obtained membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (Building Surveying and Property and Facility Management Division) and is a member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors.
For professional practice, Mr. Kenneth Lau is currently a Registered Professional Surveyor (Building Surveying) and an AP(S) Authorized Person (List of Surveyors) and RI(S) Registered Inspectors (List of Surveyors) under the Buildings Ordinance.
Mr. Lau has more than 20 years of experience in building surveying and has worked for various private building surveying consultancies, property management company and the Hong Kong Housing Society. As a result of different valuable experience in different sectors of the building industry, he has accumulated a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of building surveying consultancy services in different groups.
Strengths include conducting building condition surveys, preparing professional reports on building defects and assisting clients in co-ordinating the management of repairs and maintenance works.
In 2019, Mr. Lau joined the Opulence Group as Chief Executive Officer and participated in the survey, maintenance and renovation of a number of major government properties, commercial and school buildings. In addition, Mr. Lau also assisted several organizations in applying for food business licenses, temporary place of public entertainment licenses and licenses for facemasks factory. Therefore, Mr. Lau is familiar with the license application, legal requirements and expertise of the relevant ordinances and regulations.
Mr. Lau adopted his professional knowledge, coupled with the valuable practical experience gained from his work, to accurately coordinate all surveying services to meet and exceed the client’s expectations.
Mr. Lam Siu Tong is the Former Deputy Director of Buildings of Buildings Department, he had been served HKSAR Government over 38 years. He lead Buildings Department’s Team to formulate Building Safety and Inspection Scheme, successfully promote many New Buildings and Minor Works projects. In addition, he is familiar with statutory and non-statutory control for developments in Hong Kong, and fully understand in submission system including sustainable design guidelines. He has involved in master planning and dealing with various government departments.

Mr. Po Man Yung Philip has over 10 years experiences in design & build project and project management. Philip strongest skill set include his excellent creativity and attention to detail, he has done a lot of large-scale A&A projects in Hong Kong. Such as LCSD recreational upgrading projects & TM Division Police Station NGRR upgrading projects; to achieve high quality design, all come with exceptional results.
Mr. Li Yin Wai is a Chartered Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Member of The Chartered Institute of Building. He has over 23 years experiences in building maintenance and construction management industry. He is involved in a number of major construction activities and project management services in Hong Kong.
Mr. Sum Kwok Chun Karlson is a Registered Professional Engineer and Member of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Civil). He is also Chartered Engineer of Engineering Council in UK and Member of The Institution of Civil Engineers in UK. Mr. Sum has over 27 years experiences in civil engineering, construction works and project management.
Mr. Leung Lem Chung is a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers and Member of The Hong Kong Occupational Safety and Health Association. He is also a Member of The Australian Institute of Building and Member of The Chartered Institute of Building. Mr. Leung has over 49 years experiences in building maintenance and construction management industry.
